“Top 50 most wanted” search filters
- Level - defines taxon rank at which there are only unidentified sequences found.
- Environment - filters out compound clusters featuring at least one sequence collected in a specific habitat (BE - Built Environment, AQ - Aquatic, All - all habitats/environments)
- Include - defines whether to include SH-s based on one sequence only or not. Default value includes both.
